Karen Mulzac Watkins is a distinguished professional and community leader with a Penn State Biology degree and MBA, currently serving in supply chain management and strategic sourcing at JLL. She is the co-founder of Community Outreach Resources, Inc. (C.O.R.), a nonprofit dedicated to building thriving communities, and serves as a COYAD Board Member in the Education Department. A former Gwinnett County Public Schools Board Member (2020–2024), Karen has been nationally recognized with the President’s Lifetime Achievement Service Award (2024) and the President’s Volunteer Service Award – Gold (2023) for her enduring commitment to service, education, and community empowerment.

Donna McLeod was born in Jamaica, raised in Canada, and moved to Georgia in 1998. A Chemical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in Quality Assurance Management/Engineering, she is the President and CEO of Enviroqual, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in medical devices, food, plastics, and pharmaceuticals. McLeod was a former member of the Georgia House of Representatives from the 105th District from 2019 to 2023. In addition to her professional work, she serves as an External Networking Board Member, and is a proud mother of a grown daughter and grandmother.

Ryu is currently serving as the President of the Atlanta Pastors Association, Chair of the Atlanta Senior Care Committee, and President of the First Gospel Mission. Ryu has been involved with COYAD since 2020, and is currently serving as the COYAD Operations Board Member.

Jenny Wang has worked for Interactive College for 24 years as assistant director of admissions department. Jenny started to volunteer for COYAD since 2020. She is the Chinese Community Director and currently serving as the External Operations Board Member.
